依达拉奉临床应用调查研究

目的:了解我院依达拉奉的使用现状。方法:通过合理用药监测系统(PASS系统)选取2017年1月在河南省人民医院住院并使用过依达拉奉的患者,对其适应症、用法用量、疗程等进行统计分析。结果:经统计,无适应症用药103例,剂量不足26例,疗程少于7d者123例。结论:我院依达拉奉使用存在无指征用药,用法用量及疗程不规范等问题,临床药师需积极干预,促进临床合理用药。

Objective： To investigate the using status of edaravone in our hospital. Methods： We analyzed clinical data including indication,dosage,duration in patients who received edaravone in January 2017 in our hospital.The data were collected from prescription automaticscreening system. Results： After statistics, 103 patients received edaranone without indications, 26 patients with inadequate dose,123 patients received edaranone less than 7d. Conclusion： There were several problems in edaravone using. Clinical pharmacists need the active intevention to promote the rarional use of drugs in hospitals.
