中英教育政策对残障学生体育课程影响的比较 被引量:1

摘要 残障学生的教育权益日益受到社会关注。通过比较中英两国教育政策如何通过法律、课程纲要、体育课程内容等为残障学生营造平等的教育环境以及融合体育课程如何对残障学生体育课程产生影响,运用文献资料法、文本分析法等,探讨中英教育政策的形成、诠释与实践。研究认为:中英两国在政策制定上,通过融合体育课程主导残障学生的体育教学,并依此达到教育平等的目的;教育政策是由法律、课程纲要等形式表现观点和主张,经教育部门作诠释与解读,由学校进行实践;教育政策在制定的理想与实践的现实上有一定的差距,融合体育课程的实施还不能达到理想状态;教师对于残障学生的体育教学、融合体育课程的认知会影响体育教学效果。 This paper used the methods of literature review and text analysis to discuss how China and the UK education policy by law, syllabus,sports curriculum content for disabled students creates equality of education environment,and integration of sports course and how to affect disabled students’ physical education curriculum. It put forward by the British sociologist Bernstein related theory as the research framework,to explore the formation,interpretation and practice of English education policy. According to the research,the two countries have achieved the equal ideal of education by integrating the physical education of the disabled students through the integrated physical education curriculum. The education policy is presented by the law and curriculum outline,and is in-terpreted and interpreted by the education department and is carried out by the school. There is a gap between the ideal and practice of the education policy,and the implementation of the integrated sports curriculum cannot be achieved. Teachers’ knowledge of physi-cal education and integrated physical education of disabled students will affect the effect of physical education.
