摘要
在立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上采用销-盘摩擦方式对传统炭石墨材料、浸树脂石墨复合材料、浸银石墨复合材料及各向同性热解石墨进行摩擦磨损试验。利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等对摩擦表面进行观察。研究表明,摩擦表面的润滑膜(摩擦膜、转移膜)的完整程度是决定炭石墨材料摩擦磨损性能的主要因素,炭石墨材料的结构是影响润滑膜形成的关键因素,机械密封的选材应根据使用条件选择相应结构的炭石墨材料。
The friction and wear behavior of traditional carbon graphite material, resin/graphite composite, silver/graphite composite and isotropic pyrolytic graphite have been investigated using a pin-on-disc configuration at vertical universal friction and wear tester. The friction surface was observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the main factor which influences the tribology properties of carbon graphite materials is the integrity of lubricating film (friction film and transfer film) on friction surface. The structure of carbon graphite materials is the key factor affecting the forming of lubri- cating film. The selection of carbon graphite materials for mechanical seal shall be selected according to the conditions of use.
