摘要
介绍了一种用于确定炭素骨料配方的经验数学模型。该数学模型是以各粒级料平均粒径为基础的间断分布模型。通过经验模型计算得到的配方与通常所使用配方相比,中间颗粒占比有所增加,各粒级较为平衡。生产经验表明,只要参数选择得当,使用本文中的数学模型配料,计算更加简便,配料精度更高,能得到合适密度的炭素制品。
An empirical mathematic model for determining the carbon aggregate formulation was introduced. The model was a dis- continuous distribution model based on the mean particle diameter of each grain grade aggregate. Formulation calculated through the model is better than commonly used one, in which the proportion of intermediate particles is high, and each grain grade aggragate is more balanced. Production experience shows that if the model parameter is properly selected, the calculation will be simple, batching accuracy will be high and bulk density will be suitable.
