摘要
目的了解江北区各级医疗机构消毒效果状况,比较不同类别医疗机构之间存在的差异,科学指导医疗机构规范消毒。方法对江北区359家医疗机构进行采样、检测和统计学分析。结果全年共采样2 324件,整体合格率95.91%;综合医院共采样580件,合格率96.03%,私人诊所共采样1 744件,合格率95.87%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辖区各级医疗机构消毒效果总体较好,但仍存在问题,监督机构应加强监管,技术部门应加强培训。
Objective To investigate disinfection effect in medical institutions in Jiangbei, and identify differe- necs among different medical institutions, so as to provide scientific guidance for standard disinfection in med- ical institutions. Methods Samples collected from 359 medical institutions in Jiangbei were inspected, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 2 324 samples were collected in 2016. The overall quali- fied rate was 95.91%. 580 samples were collected from general hospitals, and the qualified rate was 96.03%. 1 744 samples were collected from private clinics, and the qualified rate was 95.87%. No statisti- cal difference was found （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The disinfection effect in medical institutions in Jiangbei is good, but there are still problems. Supervision institutions should enhance supervision, and technical depart- ments should enhance training.
