An Overview on the Pre-arranged Engineering of Multi-domain Fusion Detection Project for Radar Netted System

摘要 从网络中心战(NCW)理论“物理域、信息域、认知/社会域”“多域融一”的核心思想出发,以挖掘和提升雷达组网探测系统探测效能为总思路,重点研究多域融一预案工程化难题,概要论述了雷达组网探测需要多域融一预案的必要性与战技要求,提出了工程化实现多域融一预案的设计方法、实施流程等技术途径,构建了,“预案、控制、融合”与预警体系“目标、环境、装备、人员、情报”五要素之间的关系。研究成果能为新一代雷达组网探测系统论证、研制和使用提供技术支撑。 Based on the core idea of the network centric warfare theory which emphasizes the ' physical domain, information do- main, cognitive/social domain' and 'multi-domain fusion', this paper mainly researched on the engineering problems of the multi-domain fusion detection projects and concentrated on the improvement and promotion of the detection efficiency for radar net- ted system. Firstly, the necessity and the technical/operational requirements of the muhi-domain fusion detection project were out- lined. Secondly, the technological approaches as the design method and the implementation process were proposed. Thirdly, the relationship between the ' project, control, fusion' and the five elements within the early warning system such as 6 target, environ- ment, equipment, staff, intelligence' is established. The research results can provide important technical support for the demonstration, development and employment of the next generation radar netted system.
