摘要
针对冲击波测试中各测点因物理上分散隔离导致无法同步的现状,提出了一种基于全球定位系统(GPS)的同步方法。阐述了冲击波测试系统的基本原理以及组成结构,对比了现有同步技术的优缺点,从软硬件方面对GPS同步单元进行了分析和设计。在冲击波测试中进行GPS同步性能检测,系统对冲击波传播时间的测量误差小于0.02%,同步精度优于1μs。结果表明,所提方法可以解决大当量战斗部测试中各分布测点同步的问题,现场操作简单,易于工程实现。
Considering the status of the testing points can't be synchronized in the shock wave measurement due to the physical dis- persion of the points, an synchronization method was proposed based on the global positioning system I GPS I theory. The funda- mental and composition of shock wave testing system were presented firstly. Advantages and disadvantages of existing synchroniza- tion technique are compared. Analysis and design about GPS synchronization unit were carried out from the aspects of software and hardware. GPS synchronization performance was tested in shock wave measurement, measurement error of shock wave propagation time was less than 0.02 % and synchronous precision was better than 1 ~s. Result showed that this method could synchronize each distribution point in maximum equivalent warhead test. The method could simplify the operation in actual measurement.
