摘要
为进一步优化提取龙眼核多酚的工艺,采用响应面法建立了龙眼核多酚提取方法的二次多项数学模型,并考察其体外降胆固醇作用.研究结果表明,其最佳工艺条件:提取时间3min、乙醇浓度65%、料液比1:40;龙眼核多酚对胆固醇具有一定的清除能力.
In order to further optimize Dimocarpus longan nuclear polyphenols extraction process, the response surface method was adopted to establish the nuclear polyphenols extraction method of quadratic multinomial model and investigate its in vitro fall hematic fat action. The optimum technological conditions were obtained:3 min,65% ethanol concentration, 1: 40 solution; The experimental results showed that the polyphenols had a clear ability to remove cholesterol.
