宗族中权力对血缘和伦理的调整——清代麻城“詹程氏”问题研究

Adjustment of Consanguinity and Ethics in a Clan Controlled by Powers——Study of “Zhan-Cheng clan” Problem at Macheng in Qing Period

湖北麻城《程氏宗谱》与《詹氏宗谱》中记载了特殊的一支,即"詹程氏",亦称"程詹氏"。其特异性在于一支之中兄弟分别承祀不同两姓,客观上造成了血缘、伦理与族内权力的错位。试以两姓宗谱为基础,厘清"詹程氏"一支自问题肇始至解决的过程,这个过程中权力对血缘和伦理的反噬,以此探讨清代两湖流域绅权在宗族中的作用。

Both of Cheng genealogy and Zhan genealogy, in Macheng, Hubei Province, have a record of a special branch called‘Zhan-Cheng clan＇or‘Cheng-Zhan clan＇. The specificity of this branch is brothers of consanguinity had been legitimate son of two different clans. Which have made misplacement of blood relationship, ethical relationship and power in Zhan clan objectively. Basis of genealogies of two clans, the author try to describe progress of this problem, and back reaction of powers to blood and ethical relationship during this progress, to discuss the influence of gentry power to clanship operate at two lake watersheds in Qing Dynasty.
