摘要
在超高压系统中,卸压阀的阀体结构和卸压精度对卸压性能有着重要影响,文中论及的超高压卸压阀采用保压与卸压分离的阀体结构,采用这种结构能够保护阀芯、延长卸压阀的使用寿命,且卸压精度较高,即能够在较长的卸压时间内保持系统预定的卸压精度。经过实际生产检验,超高压卸压阀性能稳定、使用寿命长,且实际卸压特性与理论卸压特性基本符合。
In the ultra-high pressure system,the structure and accuracy of the ultra-high pressure relief valve has important influences on its working performance.In this paper,the ultra-high pressure relief valve used the unique structure that the pressure maintaining part and the pressure releasing part were separated.The valve core could be protected and the valve life could be prolonged if this valve structure was adopted.Meanwhile the working accuracy of pressure relieving was increased,which was indicated the accuracy could be kept on the ideal settings for quite a long time.Through actual production test,the ultra-high pressure relief valve has stable performance and a long service life,as well as the actual pressure relieving characteristics was nearly the same with the theory ones.
