摘要 聚晶立方氮化硼(PcBN)因具有硬度高、耐磨性好、化学惰性强等优点,其所制刀具广泛应用于铸铁、粉末冶金、高温合金、淬硬钢等材料的加工领域。文章回顾了国内50年来cBN及其制品的发展历程,取得的PcBN复合片片径从10发展到50mm等一系列成绩;也指出目前国内PcBN刀具材料存在稳定性差、强度低、加工淬火钢寿命短、片径小的这些主要问题;并对国内PcBN刀具材料的发展进行了展望,提出未来几年国内PcBN刀具材料将重点提高复合片的强度、精细研究工艺、开发加工淬火钢用PcBN复合片、片径扩大到58~74mm、发展涂层技术最终进入高端市场的发展方向。 Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride(PcBN)has the advantages of high hardness,good wear resistance and strong chemical inertness.The tool is widely used in the field of processing of cast iron,powder metallurgy,superalloy,hardened steel and other materials.This paper reviews the development process of cBN and its products in the past 50 years,and has made a series of achievements such as PcBN composite diameter from10 mm to 50 mm.It also points out that the current PcBN tool material has poor stability,low strength,short working time,small diameter etc.problems.As well the development of domestic PcBN tool material is prospected.It has proposed that the domestic PcBN tool materials in the next few years will focus on improving the strength of composite,fining technology,developing PcBN composite for processing hardened steel,expanding diameter to 58-74 mm,progressing coating technology to eventually entered the high-end market development direction.
