摘要
《关于加强中国特色新型智库建设的意见》中提出"建设高水平科技创新智库"。广东现有科技智库独立分散,未能形成集成优势,迫切需要构建高效协同科技创新智库体系,形成强大合力,更好服务决策。聚焦科技战略研究,建立广东科技创新治理智库,有效引导各专业智库协同发展,形成定位明晰的"N点一库"科技创新智库体系,对加快广东创新驱动发展意义重大。
“Opinions on Strengthening the Construction o f New Thinking Tanks with Chinese Characteristics” is proposed to build high-level scientific and technological innovation think tanks. Guangdong＇s existing scientific and technological think tanks are too decentralized to form integrated advantages. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish an efficient cooperative scientific and technological innovation think tank system to form a strong joint force to provide a better decision-making service. Focusing on science and technology strategy, the establishment of Guangdong science and technology innovation governance tMnk tank can effectively guide the joint development of professional think tanks and form a clear positioning of technology innovation think tank system. It is of great significance to speed up the drive for innovation in Guangdong.
