广东创新指数的构建及评价分析

The Construction and Evaluation Analysis of Guangdong Innovation Index

随着经济发展步入创新驱动阶段,创新指数的研究得到了世界各国的高度重视,并成为实践发展和理论研究的重大课题。借鉴国内外关于区域创新体系、创新评价、创新指数等方面的最新研究成果,结合广东科技发展实际,以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念为统领,从创新环境、创新资源、创新绩效、创新企业、创新经济、创新发展六个方面构建了一套广东创新指数,以跟踪监测分析广东创新型省份建设进程以及科技产业创新中心建设成效。研究测算结果显示,"十二五"以来,广东科技创新能力稳步提升,区域创新发展呈现"三跑并存"的态势。

With economic development coming into the innovation-driven stage, the research of innovation index has received high attention all over the world and becomes a major subject of practical development and theoretical research. By referring to the latest research results in aspects of regional innovation system, innovation evaluation,hmovation index at home and abroad,and combining with the development of Guangdong science and technology, this paper builds a set of Guangdong innovation index from innovation environment, innovation resources, innovation performance, innovation enterprise, innovation economy, innovation development, leading by ＂irniovation, coordination, green, open, sharing＊＊ five development ideas, to track the construction process of the innovative province and the center of science and industry. The results show that since the 12th Five-Year Plan, Guangdong science and technology innovation ability has been steadily improved, and the regional innovation has presented the trend of ＂three running coexisting＂.K
