摘要
大数据时代的到来,拓宽了人类接受信息的渠道,人们通过掌握大量的数据信息,对有意义的数据进行专业化处理,分析出许多有价值的信息。文章根据大数据的特点,以教育统计中高校人力资源统计为主题,对目前高校人力资源统计工作的现状及存在的问题进行分析,揭示高校人力资源统计工作将面临大数据的信息与识别、统计整理与分析等方面的挑战,对高校人力资源统计提出了更高的要求,从而探讨大数据时代高校人力资源统计的新转型。
The era of big data greatly widens the channels where human accept information. People collect enough information to professionally analyze the meaningful data and consequently conclude valuable messages. Based on the characteristics of big data,the thesis focuses on the college human resources statistics in educational statistics. The thesis would analyze the status quo and facing problems of current college human resource statistics work and point out some forthcoming challenges like sorting and recognition, which put forward higher requirements for colleges to manage human resources statistics. Furthermore, it would explore new transformations of college human resources statistics.
