摘要
提出了碳化硅能否完全替代碳、硅、铝还原剂而冶炼各种合金的问题,对SiC的物化性能、SiC与各种氧化物反应的热力学、SiC与各种氧化物反应的规律性、SiC与各种氧化物反应的特点进行了深入的理论分析和研究;并选取某些氧化物与SiC进行反应冶炼各种合金。实践证明:SiC是强有力的还原剂,它可完全替代C、Si、Al还原剂冶炼优质合金,可称为是冶炼合金的优质还原剂。
It proposes the question if SiC could completely replace the reducing agents of C,Si and Al for smelting various alloys. The physical and chemical properties of SiC,the thermodynamics,regularity,characteristics of reaction between SiC and oxides are studied and analyzed in depth. The practice of smelting alloys using SiC proves that SiC is a powerful reducing agent. SiC is an excellent reducing agent and it could replace the reductant of C,Si and Al to smelt high quality alloy.
