摘要
采用絮凝-Fenton氧化-絮凝工艺对直接黄R工业废水进行脱色技术研究与中试。以Fenton法高级氧化为主、絮凝沉淀法为辅,探讨了絮凝剂加量、Fenton试剂配比、Fenton试剂加量、加药后反应时间等对脱色效果的影响,并得到优化参数。采取该工艺处理,室内试验使原废水色度由30万倍下降到3000倍以下;以25m^3/d的工业废水进行中试试验,达到预期的脱色效果。经脱色后的废水进入生化系统进一步处理。
Flocculation-Fenton oxidation-flocculation process is used for decolorization technology research and pilot test of direct yellow R industrial wastewater.The advanced Fenton oxidation method is dominantly used and supplemented by flocculation precipitation,the effects of dosage of flocculant,the ratio of Fenton reagent,the dosage of Fenton reagent and the reaction time after dosing on the decoloration are discussed,and the optimal parameters are obtained.With this process,the indoor test makes the original wastewater color degree is reduced from 300000 to 3000 times in the laboratory test,25 m^3/d of industrial wastewater is used for a pilot test,it achieves a desired decolorization effect.The discolored wastewater is introduced into the biochemical system for further processing.
