The Problems and Correction of Bibliometric in Scientific Research Evaluation

基于文献计量在成果产出源、成果统计和个人影响力方面评测存在的问题,通过引入数学方法,情报搜索以及比值计算来校正文献计量在科研评估中的片面性、局限性以及数据统计上的不公正。将前置条件、评测背景等因素纳入评测范畴,使文献计量在科研评估中更公平、公允并切合实际的反映出评估对象的科研实力。

Based on bibliometric,considring the assessment problems exists in the source of research achievements,achievements statistics and personal influence,the paper used mathematical method,information search and ratio calculation to correct one-sidedness,limitations and in statistics. The precondition,the evaluation background and other factors were included in the evaluation category,so that the bibliometric was more fair,and realistic in the research evaluation and reflected the scientific research strength of the evaluation object.
