工程建设领域地质灾害及其防治对策

PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF GEOHAZARDS IN THE FIELD OF ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION

通过对近年来发生的重大地质灾害灾难的分析,探究了造成灾难的原因,即包括极端天气时放松警惕、工程建设选址不恰当、防灾预案执行不力、缺乏必要的防灾知识和危机意识等因素,提出工程选址要科学精准,预警监测机制要完善到位,对人为工程要严密监测,对灾害应有忧患意识及预案对策。

Analysis of major geological disasters that occurred in recent years has revealed the causes of those geohazards,including relaxed vigilance during extreme weather,inappropriate site selection for construction engineering,poor implementation of disaster prevention plan and shortage of disaster prevention knowledge and crisis awareness.It is concluded in this paper that site selection should be scientific and accurate,warning monitoring mechanism should be perfected in place,human engineering construction should be paid close monitoring and the consciousness and countermeasures for disaster should be prepared.
