含磷水性聚氨酯的合成及性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 以甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)与1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料合成了含磷二醇,并以其作为扩链剂与聚四氢呋喃二醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应制备了含磷水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,研究了含磷二醇作为功能单体对WPU胶膜的亲水性和阻燃性的影响。结果表明,含磷二醇具有优良的亲水性,可作为亲水扩链剂制备水性聚氨酯,并且WPU胶膜具有良好阻燃性,氧指数达到25%;再添加5%间亚苯基四苯基双磷酸酯,则阻燃性能提高,氧指数达到31%。 A phosphorus-containing diol was synthesized by dimethyl methyl phosphonate( DMMP) and 1,4-butanediol( BDO). Waterborne polyurethanes( WPU) were prepared by isophorone diisocyanate,polytetramethylene ether glycol and the phosphorus-containing diol which acted as chain extender. The effects of the phosphorus-containing diol on the hydrophilicity and flame retardancy of WPU film were investigated. The results showed that the phosphorus-containing diol could be used as a hydrophilic chain extender to synthesize waterborne polyurethane because of its hydrophilicity. The phosphorus-containing chain extender in aqueous polyurethane could improve the flame retardancy effectively. The oxygen index of WPU film reached 25%. When 5% of tetraphenyl m-phenylene bis( phosphate) was added in the WPU,the oxygen index of WPU was 31%.
