致孔剂PVP对CSP/PU多孔膜结构和形态性能的影响

摘要 采用壳聚糖(CSP)粉末、医用级热塑性聚氨酯(PU)、致孔剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)等原料制备了CSP/PU多孔膜材料,讨论了PVP和CSP用量对CSP/PU多孔膜材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,致孔剂PVP能够明显增加膜材料孔隙率并使孔径增大;PVP与膜结构、孔径、透湿性、降解稳定性能相关;CSP/PU多孔膜材料能吸附比其本身重量还多的水分;加入CSP和PVP有利于提高膜材料降解稳定性。 CSP/PU porous membranes were prepared by chitosan powder( CSP),medical thermoplastic polyurethane( PU),porogen polyvinyl pyrrolidone( PVP),etc. The impact of the amount of PVP and CSP on the structure and performance of porous membrane were discussed. The result showed that porogen PVP could increase the porosity and aperture of membrane material,PVP was related to structure,aperture,moisture permeability and degradation stability. CSP/PU porous membrane material could attract more moisture than its own weight,and adding CSP and PVP was helpful for enhancing degradation stability of membrane material.
