低密度聚氨酯软泡匀泡剂的合成研究 被引量:2

摘要 以氯铂酸为催化剂,以低含氢硅油和3种甲基封端的烯丙基聚醚为原料,制得用于低密度聚氨酯软泡的匀泡剂。考察了原料的比例、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对合成的影响,并对制得的匀泡剂进行发泡试验和性能评价。结果表明,合成匀泡剂适宜的反应温度为100℃,最佳催化剂用量为20~30 mg/kg,低含氢硅油与封端聚醚最佳摩尔比为1∶1.1,Mn分别为500、1200和4000的3种封端聚醚的最佳质量比为30∶50∶20,最佳聚醚封端率控制在80%以上。采用该匀泡剂制得的软泡泡孔细腻均匀,无闭孔,手感良好,综合性能与进口产品B-8123相似。 Using chloroplatinic acid as a catalyst,hydrosiloxane and three kinds of allyl capped polyethers as starting materials,the organosilicon foam stabilizers for lower density flexible PU foam were prepared. The effects of the ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and dose of catalysts were investigated and the optimal conditions were determined. The reactions of foaming with organosilicon foam stabilizers were performed and their properties were evaluated. It was found that the optimum reaction temperature was 100 ℃,the optimum mass dosage was in the rangs of 20 ~ 30 mg/kg,the molar ratio of low hydrogen containing silicone oil to capped polyether was 1 ∶1. 1,the optimum mass ratio of Mn= 500、200 and 4000 allyl capped polyethers was 30 ∶ 50 ∶ 20,and the best polyether capping rate was controlled in more than 80%. The lower density flexible PU foam using prepared stabilizers had well-distributed cellular structure,cell-open foam,a good pleasant softness,and it was similar to the product B-8123 imported from abroad.
