摘要
为提高预焙阳极的质量,以年产量为4万t 54室的阳极焙烧炉火道为研究对象,基于现有数学模型,结合正交试验法,进行操作参数优化研究与多元非线性回归分析。结果表明:当空气预热温度或燃料分配比较高,空气消耗系数较低时,火道温度较高;火道温度的操作影响因素主次顺序为空气预热温度、空气消耗系数和燃料分配比,同时解析了火道温度与操作影响因素之间的定量关系。其优化结果对改善阳极焙烧炉的火道燃烧效果,进而提高阳极焙烧质量具有实践意义。
In order to improve anode quality,taking into account fire path of an anode baking furnace,whose annual output is 40,000 ton with 54 sections,based on existing numerical models with orthogonal experiment method,operating parameters were optimized,and non-linear multiple regression analysis was conducted. The results show that with air preheated temperature or fuel ratio between burners increasing,and air-fuel ratio decreasing,average temperature of fire path in an anode baking furnace becomes high. The impact order on average temperature of fire path is as follows: air preheated temperature,air-fuel ratio,fuel ratio between burners. And the relationship between fire path temperature and operation condition was obtained. It is significant to enhance combustion effect in fire path,and then promote anode quality.
