对颗粒流态化流动逻辑关联式新模型的实证分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对现有流态化理论成果归纳与其他实验数据的重新整理,及在对流体透过颗粒层全流态流动规律探究的基础上,建立颗粒流态化全流态流动规律的逻辑关联式新模型。同时采用实证方法,比较了该公式计算结果与相同条件下的试验结果,发现两者吻合得很好,从而验证了上述逻辑关联式的正确性,最终实现了对颗粒流态化全流态流动规律的构建和推理模式的更新。 By means of the induction of the existed theoretical results and rearrangement of the other experimental data in the particulate fluidization,and based on the completed research for the flow law of whole process fluidizations through the granular layer,the new logic related equation models were established for the whole process fluidization flows. In the meantime,a positive method was used to compare the formula calculation results with the experimental results under the same condition,and it was discovered that both coincided well. Thus,the above-mentioned logic related equation was verified correct. At last,the flow law of whole process fluidization was built and the reasoning modes were renovated for the particulate fluidization.
