摘要 为了优化高架火炬系统设计,解决当前火炬系统在煤化工中出现的问题,文中介绍了火炬系统的基本概念,并结合工程设计实践,逐一阐述了煤化工火炬的系统特性、煤化工各生产装置对高架火炬的影响以及装置大型化对火炬带来的冲击,分析和讨论了大型煤化工装置火炬系统设计中应当注意的问题,从而提出在煤化工火炬设计时需要如何考虑火炬管网的划分、管网的尺寸和火炬的高度、防负压设计、富氢火炬管网的排凝、酸性气火炬系统等设计要点。 To optimize the design of elevated flare as well as to solve the problems that have emerged in flare system in Coal Chemical Industry,some basic concepts of flare system were introduced. Based on previous engineering experience,the present work illustrates what system properties of flare in coal chemical industry are,what influence coal chemical industry manufacturing device have on elevated flare and what impact the upsizing of plants has on flare. Besides,those problems worthy of note in the design of flare system in large-scaled chemical industry plants have also been discussed and analyzed. Finally,the paper summarizes all those key points in design,i. e.,the division and sizing of pipe system,flare height,anti-minus pressure design,condensate removal of hydrogen rich flare pipe system and flare system of acid gases,etc.
