摘要
通过工程量清单计价模式在某发电集团风电场两期工程招投标中的应用,对工程量清单计价模式与传统的预算定额计价模式及其优缺点进行了详细的研究与探索。根据风电项目建设特点,提出了相应的改进与完善措施。
Through analysis on application of BOQ pricing mode in tendering/bidding for two-phase wind power projects, advantages and disadvantages of the BOQ pricing mode and the conventional budgetary quota pricing mode are studied and explored in detail. Based on the construction features of wind power projects, corresponding improving and perfect measures are proposed.
