摘要
从水电工程非传统安全管理风险因素的角度出发,分析水电工程遭遇非传统安全受袭风险的类别、来源、受袭部位、受袭方式等风险因素,为水电工程反恐防恐安全管理及应急能力建设提供技术支撑。
In view of the non-conventional safety management and risk factors in the hydropower engineering,the risk factors of type, source,attacking position and mode of the non-conventional safety attack are analyzed. This analysis provides safety management and e-mergency capacity building of anti-terror attack and preventing terror attack in hydropower engineering with technical support.
