摘要
德尔西水电站总承包项目永久机电设备物流工作,关系到设备是否能按期顺利运达项目现场,对机电安装和运行调试至关重要。文章从海运清关陆运内容及先后流程方面进行叙述,提供了类似工作经验和管理模式,以期达到一定的借鉴效果。
Whether the permanent equipment for Delsi Hydropower Project can be delivered on site as scheduled is critical for their instal-lation, tests and commissioning . Transportation by sea,custom clearance and inland transportation as well as transportation flow,in the paper,are described. The work experience and management mode are provided for reference.
