摘要
对天然盐碱土按不同水土比淋洗,在不同盐浓度下种植同德小花碱茅(Puccinellia tenuiflora cv.Tongde)和中苜一号紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.cv.‘Zhongmu No.1’),通过测试其栽培前后土壤全盐量、p H值和苗期生长,研究两种牧草在不同盐浓度下的生长状况。结果表明:栽培中苜一号紫花苜蓿和同德小花碱茅对盐碱土壤的全盐量和p H值有一定的影响;中苜一号紫花苜蓿和同德小花碱茅在天然盐碱土和1∶1土水比淋洗的盐碱土中种植未出苗;而在土水比为1∶2和1∶5的出苗率均较低,不适宜栽培。两种牧草的生长特征及地上植物量在土水比为1∶10的盐碱土种植时,均表现较好。
The natural saline soil was leached by different ratio of water and soil. Puccinellia tenuifLora cv. Tongde and Medicago saliva L. cvZhongmu No. 1was planted under different saline concentration. Total salt content of soil, pH value and seedling growth of the before and after the planting were measured for researching growth of two forage grass under different saline concentration. The results showed that the planting of Medicago saliva L. cv. Zhongmu No. 1and has certain effects on total salt content of soil, pH value, and did not geminated under natural saline soil and ratio of water and soil 1 : 1. Under soil and water ratio of 1 : 2 and1:5, The germination rate are low, not suitable for cultiva-tion. The growth characteristics and the aboveground biomass of two kinds of forage grass present better under the soil and water of ratio of 1: 10.
