摘要
28℃和37℃条件下分别培养弱毒株鼠疫菌EV76,稀释为50亿/m L、100亿/m L、200亿/m L三个剂量组对成体小白鼠经皮下感染,解剖感染后死亡的小白鼠进行细菌培养同时做反向血凝实验(简称RIHA)。结果显示:37℃培养的鼠疫菌RIHA结果的阳性率较28℃培养的鼠疫菌高,毒力较28℃培养的鼠疫菌强,但细菌分离阳性率不及28℃培养的鼠疫菌感染的小鼠,所以脏器材料的细菌培养选择28℃培养可以提高出菌率。
The attenuated strain Y. pestis EV76 ,was cultivated under 28℃ and 37℃ respectively, adult mice were in-fected via subcutaneous infection under three dose groups of dilution to 200×10^9 /mL, 100×10^9 /mL,50×10^9/m re-spectively. Bacterial culture of dead mice was implemented, and performed the reverse blood coagulation assay. The results showed thatthe RIHA positive rate of Y . pestis cultured at 31℃ was higher than at 2 8℃,the virulence was stron-ger than that of Y. pestis cultured at 28℃ , but the positive rate of bacterial isolation was lower than that of Y. pestis cul-tured at 28. So bacteria cultivation of viscera material at 28℃ can increase the output rate of bacterial.
