掺杂滑石粉对环氧清漆性能的影响

摘要 为了改善实验室制备的环氧清漆的性能,在原配方中掺杂不同比例的滑石粉进行耐磨性试验,研究了掺杂滑石粉对环氧漆膜耐磨性能的影响,以及掺杂物对环氧漆硬度、附着力和电阻性能的影响。结果表明:滑石粉掺杂量为清漆A、B组分总量的12%时耐磨性最好,失重只有清漆的37.21%,且附着力为1级;掺杂量为10%时环氧漆硬度最小,较清漆减小14.67%;电阻率达到10^(13)Ω量级。其中体电阻率较清漆提升了两个数量级,面电阻率较清漆提升了4个数量级。 Talcum powders are doped with the original formula to improve the property of epoxy varnish.Abrasive resistance test shows that with doping of 12% talcum powder to epoxy varnish of group A and B,its abrasive resistance is the best and weight loss is only reduced by 37.21% of the epoxy varnish;Moreover,the adhesive force of epoxy resin is Grade 1.With doping of 10% talcum powder,shore hardness is reduced by 14.67%.Volume resistivity is improved by 2 orders of magnitude and surface resistivity is 4 orders of magnitude higher than that of epoxy resin when its resistivity reaches the level of 10^(13)Ω.
