Recent Advancesin the Management of Renal Artery Stenosis Caused by Fibromuscular Dysplasia

肾动脉狭窄是目前发病率上升较快的一种外周血管疾病,常可导致严重、顽固性高血压及肾功能异常,致残率、致死率高,病因多样。纤维肌性发育不良是国内肾动脉狭窄的第三位病因,因其发病率相对较低而常被忽略,因此,临床实践中误诊、漏诊情况时有发生。本文就纤维肌性发育不良性肾动脉狭窄的病因学、诊断和治疗最新进展做一综述。

Renal artery stenosis is a peripheral vascular disease caused by various etiological factors with increasing incidence in recent years, which often leads to severe and resistant hypertension, and has high rates of disabilityand mortality. Fibromuscular dysplasia of renal artery is the third leading cause for renal artery stenosis in Chinese, but is often ignored by physicians due to its low incidence. Therefore, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis occur sometimes in clinical practice. In this article, we mainly reviewed the recent advances in etiopathogenisis, diagnosis and treatment of renal artery stenosis caused by fibromuscular dysplasia.
