摘要
综合运用事故树分析和专家咨询方法,建立指标体系;对层次分析法所确定的指标权重进行修正,并通过模糊综合评价法确定某综合商场应急处理能力等级。
This article aims to establish an emergency handling capacity index evaluation system for shopping malls based on the combination of accident tree analysis and expert consultation. The index weight determined by analytic hierarchy process is amended,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the level of the shopping mall＇s emergency handling capacity.
