摘要
一方面对抗蛇行减振器的不同安装长度、新出厂的抗蛇行减振器及服役120万km的旧减振器对抗蛇行减振器特性的影响进行了分析。另一方面,研究了抗蛇行减振器低温持续运动对抗蛇行动态特性的变化并与常温下持续动作做了对比。研究结果表明:针对于该类型抗蛇行减振器,其不同的安装长度动态特性随着活塞运动速度的变化比较大,其静态特性的变化不是很明显;服役120万km的抗蛇行减振器其动态特性随活塞运动速度的变化较大,静态特性的变化不是很明显;在-50℃低温持续动作,其动态特性有较大变化,而在常温下持续动作对减振器的特性变化不是很明显。
This paper,on the one hand,compared the effects of yaw damper characteristics against different yaw damper installation length,the new yaw damper and the damper which had run 1.2 million kilometers.On the other hand yaw damper is studied continuous movement against dynamic characteristics change in low temperature and contrasted to the continuous movement in room temperature.The results show that yaw damper under different installation length to the system's dynamic characteristics have a great change with the increase of speed,the static characteristics under different installation length as the speed increases almost has no change.For damper run 1.2 million kilometers its dynamic characteristics with the increase of the speed change is bigger,the static characteristics with the increase of the speed has almost no change.Under low temperature(-50℃)sustained action to the system's dynamic characteristics,great changes have taken placed,while under room temperature the sustained action of yaw damper almost has no effect on dynamic characteristics.
