摘要
速度200km/h动车组牵引辅助变流器进行机箱结构设计时,为了达到变流器箱体轻量化的设计要求,需要对变流器箱体结构进行优化,并对优化后的变流器箱体结构强度进行有限元分析,文中主要是在相关标准要求下,运用ANSYS/hypermesh软件来对牵引辅助变流器箱体结构进行静强度和模态分析,得到静强度和模态结果均满足箱体结构设计的要求。
In order to meet light-weight design requirements of converter cabinet for 200 km/h EMU,traction auxiliary converter cabinet need design modification and optimization when design traction APS,then make finite element analysis to its structure strength.This paper mainly describes static strength and modal analysis to modified cabinet structure of the traction APS using ANSYS/hypermesh software,results of static strength and modal analysis approved to meet cabinet design structure requirement.
