摘要
根据25G型客车的实际运用需求,在KAX1型客车行车安全监测诊断系统的基础上,设计了25G型客车制动监测系统。该系统实现了既有25G型DC 600V供电客车制动系统压力数据采集、诊断、TCDS车载主机无线传输功能,能够有效监测客车制动系统制动缸、副风缸、列车管、总风管压力和防滑器的状态,实现对客车制动系统的实时监测。2014年2月该系统在哈尔滨局齐齐哈尔北车辆段海拉尔车间开始运用考核,2016年1月该系统通过运用考核评审并开始批量装车运用,现场运用效果良好,达到预期设计目标。
According to the actual application requirements of 25 Gtrain,on the basis of KAX1 Train Coach Running Diagnosis System,we designed 25 Gtrain coach running diagnosis system.The system realized pressure data acquisition diagnosis and wireless transmission of Train Coach Running Diagnosis System function of brake system of the existing of DC 600 Vpower supply of 25 Gtrain,this system can be used to monitor brake cylinder pressure,auxiliary cylinder pressure,train pipe pressure,total duct pressure of train brake system and the state of the anti-skid device,the purpose is to realize the real-time monitoring of the train braking system.In February 2014,the system was used in the workshop of Hailar of Qigihar North Depot of Harbin Railway Bureau.In January 2016,the system passed assessment and start the use of bulk loading,the application is good which achieved desired goals.
