摘要 以轨道车辆用活塞空压机为研究对象,利用AMESim软件进行活塞空压机转动和充风原理的建模和仿真。通过分析空压机内部机构的布置,建立了空压机的活塞运动模型,在此基础上建立了空压机的两级压缩供风特性模型,对空压机的活塞运动进行仿真,对压缩缸的中间压力变化过程进行仿真,得到了空压机高压缸和低压缸之间的压力变化关系。 As the research object of piston air compressor,AMESim software is used for the modeling and simulation of piston air compressor rotation and charging principle.Through the analysis of the air compressor internal mechanism arrangement and the motion model of the air compressor bases,established two stage compression air supply characteristics model.The piston movement in air compressor was in simulated and also intermediate pressure cylinder compression process was simulated,finally achieved pressure change relationship in air compressor between HP and LP cylinders.
