Learning Situation of Independent-enrollment Students in Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures

近年来自主招生已经成为高职院校招收新生的重要形式之一。受多种因素影响,自主招生学生在校学习期间学习兴趣缺乏、学习懈怠现象明显,给高职院校的教学、管理等工作带来了巨大挑战。分析高职院校自主招生学生的学习现状,并提出一些应对策略。

In recent years,independent enrollment has become one of the important forms of enrolling new students in higher vocational colleges. Due to the comprehensive influence of various factors,the lack of interest in learning and the slack learning phenomenon of independent-enrollment students brings great challenges to the teaching and management of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the learning situation of independent-enrollment students in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some countermeasures.
