高职学生职业兴趣影响因素的分析与对策

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Career Interest of Higher Vocational Students and Countermeasure

为了解学生的职业兴趣,便于学生未来选择适合自己的职业,让教师有针对性地开展学生职业生涯教育,指导学生科学就业,采用问卷调查法分析影响学生职业兴趣的相关因素,并提出相应对策。结果表明:学生性别、专业、家庭背景以及社会舆论都会影响学生的职业兴趣。因此,应充分发挥学校教育的主体作用,教师在对学生开展职业教育、职业生涯规划以及相关职业实践活动的同时,要充分调动学生的个人主观能动性,让学生在校期间积极主动地形成科学和稳定的职业兴趣,提高学生职场竞争力,提高毕业生就业率。

To understand students' career interests and help students to choose their own career in the future,to help teachers carry on career education to guide students in scientific employment,this paper uses questionnaire method to analyze the related factors influencing students' career interests,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results show that students' career interests are influenced by their gender,specialty,family background and public opinion. Therefore,it is proposed to give full play to the main role of school education. Teachers should not only carry on career education,career planning and career practice activities,but also fully mobilize students' individual subjective initiative,make students actively form scientific and stable career interests in school,so as to improve students' career competitiveness and graduate employment rate.
