供给侧改革背景下浙江外贸企业国际竞争力构建研究

Study on Construction of International Competitiveness of Foreign Trade Enterprises in Zhejiang Under Background of Supply Side Reform

为提高企业自身的国际竞争力,分析供给侧改革背景下浙江外贸企业国际竞争力存在的问题,从企业层面和政府层面提出相应的对策建议。对浙江外贸企业而言,应强化创新理念,加强企业内部管理,重视复合型外贸人才培养,提高产品竞争优势和附加值,进行外贸综合性精准营销。对政府而言,应出台相关政策支持和推进浙江外贸企业进行自主创新和跨国并购,设立国家外贸科技发展专项银行,建立外贸企业经理人资格认证制度。

To improve international competitiveness of enterprises,this paper analyzes the existing problems of international competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang under the background of supply side reform,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of enterprises and the government.Foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang should strengthen innovation ideas,enhance the internal management,attach importance to the cultivation of compound talents in foreign trade,improve products' competitive advantage and added value,and carry out comprehensive precision marketing. The government should enact relevant policies to support and promote independent innovation and transnational merge of foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang,establish national specialized banks for science and technology development in foreign trade,and set up the manager qualification certification system for foreign trade enterprises.
