摘要
以粉煤灰/煤矸石纤维为原料,聚乙烯醇与二氧化硅复合物(PVA-SiO_2)为黏合剂,制备出一种无机纤维防火保温材料.研究了保温材料的使用温度范围,并以总燃烧值、失重率及导热系数为评价标准,采用单因素法探究了保温材料最适宜的工艺条件.结果表明,黏合剂最佳工艺条件为:黏合剂配比介于4∶1~5∶1之间,黏合剂体积分数为25%~40%,浸胶时间段为15~20min,浸胶温度为15℃~35℃.该条件下,所制得的保温材料总燃烧值小于3MJ/kg,失重率小于20%,符合国家建材A级标准,其导热系数在0.027左右,有很好的保温性能.
We prepared a fireproof thermal insulation wallboard based on fly ash/coal gangue fiber as raw materials and PVA-SiO_2 composite as adhesive.Test and analyse this material based on PCS,loss weight and thermal conductivity as evaluation.Getting the best process parameter to prepared the wallboard by using experiment of single factor.The result showed that the best process parameter is:PVA/Na2 SiO_3(m1∶m2)kept from 4∶1 to 5∶1,Concentration of adhesive ranged from 25%to 40%,Dipping time is 15 minutes,temperature of dipping is about 15℃to 35℃.Finally,we could get the thermal insulation wallboard with properties of fireproof ranged A and good thermal insualtion,its thermal conductivity is about0.027.
