Bi_(12)TiO_(20)添加对BCZT陶瓷介电性能的影响

摘要 采用固相法制备了(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O_3(BCZT)-x%Bi12TiO_20(x=0.03、0.05、0.1、0.5)陶瓷.通过XRD、介电温度特性、电滞回线测试手段对所制备陶瓷样品的介电性能进行了分析.研究结果表明:当x=0.05时,介电常数在1kHz下达到5 250,介电损耗值是1.5%;样品的最大极化强度、矫顽电场和剩余极化强度随着Bi12TiO_20含量的增加而逐渐降低.当x=0.5时,样品具有较高的储能密度0.388J·cm-3. The perovskite(Ba_(0.85)Ca_(0.15))(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_3((BCZT)-x%Bi12 TiO_20(x=0.03,0.05,0.1,0.5)ceramic was prepared by using the solid state reaction.The dielectric properties of the prepared ceramic samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),dielectric temperature characteristics and ferroelectric hysteresis loop.The results show that when x=0.05,the dielectric properties in permittivity and dielectric loss of the specimen was 1.5% and 5 250 at 1 kHz,respectively.The maximum polarization(Pm),coercive field(Ec)and remnant polarization(Pr)reduced with the increase of Bi12 TiO_20 content.When x=0.5,the sample exhibits a high energy-storage density of 0.388 J·cm^(-3).
