Opening Time of Public Library: Towards Standardization and Legalization

公共图书馆法服务公示中对开放时间做了规范要求。公休日应当开放指周六周日必须开放,法定节假日应当有开放时间指开放时间可以有弹性,范围区域可以做调整。未按法律规定开放和公示的,要承担法律责任。

The opening time of public library is standardized in Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China. The opening time during public holidays means that the public library should be opened on Saturday and Sunday while the public library should be available during legal holidays, but the opening time should be flexible and adjusted according to the area coverage. Those who are not open and do not display the specifc time in the notice in accordance with the law must bear legal responsibility.
