摘要
围绕洛河东湖建设目标,结合洛河东湖段河道条件,通过研究、论证,从防洪、景观、运行、使用维护等方面进行综合权衡,确定了气动盾形闸坝方案。结合工程的水文、地质情况,进行了洛河东湖拦河坝防渗、防冲、坝体、围堰、金属结构、电气自动化及观测等设计。所选用的气盾坝兼具了钢坝闸与橡胶坝的特点,具有安全、可靠、环保、使用维护方便等优点。
Centering on the East Lake construction target of Luohe River and combining with the channel conditions of the East Lake section,it decided the scheme of pneumatic shield dam through integrated tradeoff of the aspects of flood control,landscape,operation and maintenance. And the East Lake dam seepage control and flushing,dam,cofferdam,metal structure,electrical automation and observation were designed combined with the hydrological and engineering geological conditions. There were some advantages of safety,reliability,environmental protection and convenient operation and maintenance,pneumatic shield dam,which had both the characteristics of steel dam and rubber dam.The dam project is relatively large and it is the first in China.
