现代职教体系下职教师资队伍建设探究

On the Plight of Teaching Staff System in Vocational Schools

当前我国职业院校教师专业能力不高、人事制度建设滞缓、培养培训体系失衡等一系列问题制约着我国职业教育的持续推进，师资建设水平还不能适应现代职教体系的要求。鉴于此，要创新师资培养模式，优化职校师资队伍结构，构建师资建设的质量标准体系，深化人事制度改革，为培养高素质技术技能型人才打下坚实的基础。

The problems in teaching staff system are the main constraint on the continuous development of vocational education, such as teachers＇ low teaching level, slow establishment of personnel system, unbalanced training pro- gram, etc. Besides, the staff program fails to meet the requirements in modern education system. To solve the prob- lems and foster qualified people needed in society, we should explore an innovative mode for staff training, optimize the faculty structure, develop a quality standard system and further the personnel system reform.
