在全国高校思想政治工作开创新局面的大形势大背景大机遇下，思政课要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新，提升亲和力和针对性。思政课教师就必须树立“两个根本”意识，即根本上深刻理解马克思主义，根本上改进创新思政课教学方式方法，这对于加强改进思政课具有极其重要的意义。

Now Ideological and Political education all over China is facing a big picture, a large context and a great opportunity, so the teachers must change their teaching methods with events, keep the pace with time and renew their knowledge with situation to make the course easily accepted and well directed. That means the teachers must prepare two fundamental points：profound understanding of Marxism and innovative improvement of teaching meth- ods, which is of significance to better the teaching of Ideological and Political Thory.
