摘要
本文对高职生心理资本与就业力的关系进行了研究。结果显示,高职生心理资本对就业力有正向预测作用。根据这一研究结果,本文从心理资本角度对高职生就业力的提升提出了对策,为高职生就业力提升和高职校人才培养提供了新的视角。
In this paper, the relationship between the psychological capital and the employability is analyzed and the results show that the former has a positive predictive role in the latter. According to the results, this article, from the perspective of psychological capital, puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance employment competence of higher vocational college students. These will serve as a fresh perspective to colleges during fostering students.
