摘要
针对地铁线路小半径曲线区段钢轨侧磨严重、波磨异常等问题,采用调查与资料分析及设计经验相结合的研究方法,分别从轨道设计、施工、运营阶段,提出小半径曲线钢轨磨耗的防治建议。并提出应建立全寿命、立体化、管理前移的钢轨磨耗防治体系。
By adopting the combined research method of field survey,data analysis and design experiences, the phenomenon of serious side wear and abnormal corrugations of rail on small radius curve sections are studied. Prevention and treatment suggestions are proposed to decrease the rail wear on sharp curves at the design,construction and operation stages, a system of whole life cycle, three-dimensional and ahead management for rail wear prevention and treatment is discussed.
