摘要 三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是一种特殊类型的乳腺癌,其雌激素受体、孕激素受体和人类表皮生长因子受体均为阴性。目前,TNBC已成为国际乳腺癌研究领域的新热点,它具有高度侵袭性,但尚无有效治疗手段。随着对TNBC研究的深入,某些生物标志物或靶点有望成为治疗TNBC的突破口,且越来越多的学者围绕TNBC的遗传学及基因靶点展开研究。未来,这些靶基因或生物标志物将在TNBC的发生、发展、预后判断以及治疗指导等方面起重要作用,从而为TNBC的诊断及治疗提供新思路。 Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) is a specific type of breast cancer, the estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor of which were negative. At present, TNBC has become a new field of breast cancer research in the world, since it has a high degree of invasiveness and there is no effective treatment. With the deepening of TNBC research, some biomarkers or targets are expected to become a breakthrough in the treatment of TNBC, and more and more scholars are conducting research around TNBC genetics and gene targets. In the future, these target genes or biomarkers will play an important role in the occurrence, development, prognosis and treatment guidance of TNBC, which will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of TNBC.
