摘要
耐药结核病已成为结核病防治领域的热点和难点问题,耐药结核病的防治面临严峻形势。了解耐药结核病的分类、流行现状、耐药产生的机制、耐药结核病的诊断、治疗及社会学影响因素,可为耐药结核病的防治提供有益借鉴。近年来国内外学者对耐药结核病进行了诸多研究,形成了一些新的理论和治疗方法,并取得了一些成果,耐药结核病的防治初见成效。随着医学技术的进步和相关政策的落实,耐药结核病的流行一定会得到有效控制。
Drug-resistant tuberculosis has become a hot and difficult problem in the field of tuberculosis treatment and prevention. Knowing the classification, current situation, mechanism, diagnosis, treatment and social influence factors of drug- resistant tuberculosis can provide beneficial reference for the related research. In recent years, many research has been did on drug-resistant tuberculosis by domestic and foreign scholars, and some new theories and methods have been formed, and some results have been achieved, that initial effect has been seen in the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis. With the progress of medical technology and implementation of related policy, the prevalence of drug-resistant tuberculosis can be effectively controlled.
