富血小板纤维蛋白应用于牙髓再生的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 对于年轻恒牙发生牙髓坏死或根尖周炎的治疗,传统治疗方法是行根尖诱导成形术,但术后发生根折的概率较大。近年来,通过成功的牙髓再生治疗病例发现,牙髓再生术可以促进牙根继续生长发育,牙根长度增加、根管壁增厚、根尖孔闭合,且临床检查和影像学检查结果均较理想。富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)是第二代血小板浓聚物,富含血小板、白细胞及各种生长因子,可为参与组织再生的间充质干细胞提供良好的生长环境;同时,其纤维成分也可起到支架作用,能促进骨组织再生和软组织愈合。因此,PRF用于牙髓再生成为目前的研究热点,其将为揭示牙髓再生的作用机制和临床治疗提供新思路。 For the pulp necrosis or periapical periodontitis in young permanent teeth, the traditional treatment method is root tip induction, but the incidence of root fracture is unneglectable. In recent years, through the successful cases of pulp regeneration treatments, it has been found that pulp regeneration can promote continuous root growth and development, increase root length, thicken root canal walls, and facilitate the coarctation of the apical foramen, and both the clinical exami- nation and imaging examination results are ideal. Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), the second generation of platelet concentrate, which contains a high quantity of platelet,leukocyte and various kinds of growth factors, can provide a nice biological envi, ronment for mesenchymal stem cells to participate in tissue regeneration;at the same time, the fiber content can also play a supporting role, and promote the regeneration of bone tissue and soft tissue healing. Therefore,PRF used in pulp regenera- tion has become a hotspot of current research, which will provide new ideas for revealing the mechanism and clinical treat- ment of pulp regeneration.
